Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be in shape to start personal training?

Absolutely not. Many of our clients are just getting back into a fitness routine, recovering from injuries, or starting from square one. We will meet you where you are and help you move forward—safely and confidently.

How often should I train per week?

It depends on your schedule, goals, and fitness level. Some clients train twice a week, others train up to five times a week. We’ll discuss what works best for you and create a plan that fits your lifestyle and budget.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes. Every training membership includes full-service, one-on-one nutritional counseling. We’ll build healthy habits that fuel your progress, improve your energy, and support your long-term results.

Will this program help me if I have old injuries or physical limitations?

Definitely. We have extensive experience working with clients managing injuries, post-rehab transitions, and joint issues. Your program will be designed to protect and strengthen your body, not stress it.

What’s the difference between working with you and just going to the gym?

When you train with us, you get expert coaching, accountability, a custom plan, and ongoing support. You’re not guessing what to do—you’re working a proven strategy built specifically for YOU.

Can I train with you even if I’ve never had a personal trainer before?

Yes—and in fact, most of our clients are working with a personal trainer for the first time. We’ll guide you through everything at a pace that’s right for you, making sure you feel confident and supported from day one.

How long are the training sessions?

Most sessions last about 60 minutes, giving us time to address mobility needs, power production, strength training, and conditioning.

What results can I expect?

That depends on your goals, consistency, and effort—but most of our clients see noticeable improvements in strength, energy, confidence, and mobility within the first few months. The longer we work together, the stronger and healthier you become.

How do I get started?

It starts with a conversation. Just fill out the quick contact form or give us a call. We’ll schedule a FREE consultation to talk through your goals and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
